About The Position

As Floor Manager, you will be a visible leader on the floor during service, responsible for driving pace, service standards, and team performance in a high-volume, rooftop environment. This position is highly guest-facing and requires strong situational awareness, clear communication, and calm leadership during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor during high-volume service, particularly nights and weekends
• Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and energy
• Support and motivate front-of-house teams in real time
• Maintain smooth service flow between bar, kitchen, and floor teams
• Engage with guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Monitor service standards, pacing, and overall guest experience
• Collaborate with bar and culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution
• Support training, scheduling, and daily operational needs
