As Floor Manager at Greene St flagship, you will be the heartbeat of the boutique floor — orchestrating a seamless, creatively ambitious client experience while leading a team of style advisors to exceed performance targets. Working collaboratively with the Store Director, you will provide guidance and support to nurture loyal and engaging client relationships, with your leadership skills taking center stage. You embody the brand's progressive vision in every interaction, setting the standard for client engagement, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in luxury fashion retail, preferably in a progressive leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to analyze retail KPIs and build strategy plans accordingly
  • Experience supporting recruitment, training, and team development
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite
  • Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Champion a culture of exceptional, personalized client service that reflects Acne Studios' progressive luxury aesthetic
  • Fine-tune the needs of each client and translate that into outstanding, memorable service
  • Drive clienteling initiatives, ensuring the team actively maintains and develops long-term client relationships
  • Handle high-value client relationships and resolve escalated concerns with poise and discretion
  • Coach, motivate, and develop a team of style advisors through daily floor presence, structured feedback, and one-to-ones
  • Support with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training in luxury sales, clienteling, and brand storytelling, according to Acne Studios' approach to client experience
  • Guide and motivate the team with clear communication, delegation, and attention to detail
  • Create daily floor plans and allocate team responsibilities to optimize coverage and performance
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs including conversion, UPT, and average transaction value, acting proactively to implement sales strategies and drive store performance
  • Support the Store Director in achieving monthly and seasonal sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to drive cross-selling and upselling in alignment with brand standards
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a luxurious and elevated atmosphere is maintained at all times
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards across the floor in line with brand direction
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure stockroom accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols and company policies
