About The Position
Sueno, a contemporary Mexican restaurant in downtown Dayton operated by The Idea Collective and Chef Jorge Guzman, is seeking a Floor Manager. This role involves working alongside a General Manager to build a team, create an unparalleled experience, and establish the restaurant as a destination. The ideal candidate is a natural empath, educator, organizer, problem solver, and people person with a love for food and beverage. Mature leadership, a desire to make people happy, and integrity are essential. Basic F&B knowledge is helpful and can be developed. The role requires the use of technology and apps, and may involve assisting with social media accounts. The position will require having difficult conversations and working long, late hours, but offers the satisfaction of building something special.

Benefits
