About The Position

Vox Kitchen is seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join their team in Aliso Viejo. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a pay range of $26-$28 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant management experience and a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or operations experience
Food Handler Card (training hours provided if needed)
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (if required)
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Ensure all guests receive friendly, responsive, and professional service
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to company standards
Support daily restaurant operations to meet sales, service, and cleanliness goals
Assist with staff training and development in accordance with company policies
Lead by example to create a positive and productive work environment
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reconciliation
Step in as needed to maintain service standards and operational efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the management team
Ensure all products are received accurately and in proper condition
Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper working condition
Support employee performance reviews and corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
Provide feedback and suggestions to the General Manager
Attend scheduled meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
Perform additional duties as assigned
