Floor Lead
About The Position
The Floor Lead is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our retail store. This role is responsible for opening and/or closing the store, ensuring that all store procedures and policies are adhered to when store management is not on duty or is unavailable. The Floor Lead will be actively involved in various facets of store operations, including team leadership, customer service, sales initiatives, merchandising and inventory management. This position also plays a critical role in ensuring Health and Safety compliance and overseeing other operational functions in the absence of store management or as assigned.
