About The Position

We’re looking for a Floor Lead to support the day-to-day running of our store, leading from the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving service standards, sales and operational excellence while creating a positive, high-energy environment for your team. Acting as a keyholder, you’ll step up as the on-duty leader when needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and leads by example.

Requirements

Experience in a retail environment, either on the shop floor or in operations
Previous experience in a leadership or keyholder role
Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering great experiences
Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and support a team
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and add customer value
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Leading from the shop floor to deliver a warm, best-in-class customer experience
Supporting daily store operations including opening, closing and keyholder duties
Driving sales through product recommendations and team support
Running team huddles, communicating daily priorities and energising the team
Coaching and supporting team members to maintain high performance
