Requirements

A valid state driver’s license is with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative, such as a U.S. passport or military ID, in accordance with the REAL ID Act.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
Proof of U.S. citizenship is required.

Prior Floor Crew experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform floor care work such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, reconditioning, waxing, buffing, spot cleaning, carpet shampooing, and vacuuming.
Operate floor care machines to include powered pressure washer on various structures (e.g., sidewalks, streets, parking lots, etc.).
Fill and empty mop buckets.
Measure and mix chemicals.
Construction clean-up, to include cleaning up dust and debris during or after construction projects.
Safely use and maintain basic personal protective equipment such as hard hat, safety glasses, safety toe boots, hearing protection, and gloves.
Operate a motor vehicle to assigned work locations.
Must complete and submit a ‘Questionnaire for National Security Positions Standard Form (SF86)’ packet within 90 days of employment as applicable for secret clearance.
