ServiceMaster PBM of Lincoln is looking to hire 2 Full Time Project Crew Technicians to join our SMPBM Team! We are a family oriented and locally owned small business in Lincoln, NE. Project Crew is a specialty crew that primarily specializes in Floor Maintenance and Restoration. Common tasks include stripping and waxing floors, extracting carpets, deep cleaning of walls, ceilings, and equipment. As well as completing general housekeeping tasks as needed. Requirements

A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs. throughout your shift.
A team-first attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace.
Flexibility, attentiveness to detail, organized and a self starter.
Be able to pass multiple criminal background screens for various customers. (no theft charges or felonies preferred)
Use of a smart phone with data and internet access is needed for training and clocking in.
Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
Open availability for Emergency, Weekend and/or Daytime Projects as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
Versatile general labor experience is a plus but NO experience is required for this position, we offer on the job training, and work on developing employees skills, if you are willing and have the drive and desire to improve your skills, we strive to provide opportunities to employees and want to invest in your career and personal development as an employee and helping you succeed in your daily life!
Have a valid drivers license (preferred) with the ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
Shampooing and spot cleaning carpets.
Stripping, waxing, and buffing hard floors.
Moving furniture and managing supplies.
Stripping and waxing floors, extracting carpets, deep cleaning of walls, ceilings, and equipment.
Completing general housekeeping tasks as needed.
Reporting to the office daily, getting nightly assignments, loading up work vans with supplies needed for the night, and traveling between facilities as assigned.
