About The Position

Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Will operate floor sweepers, buffers, strippers and various other equipment. Responds promptly to customer needs. Responds to requests for service and assistance. Follows policies and procedures. Observes safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One to three months experience and/or training
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Regularly required to stand, walk
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Judgment must be used if items weigh over 25 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Prior custodial and floor care experience strongly preferred
