About The Position

Bee Line Support is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and hardworking Custodial worker with Floor Care Experience for a full-time, night-shift position in Schaumburg, IL. Requirements

• Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid IL Driver's License.
• Must be available to work overnights, with a start time around 6 pm and an end time between 3 am and 4 am.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in floor care, carpet steam cleaning, project work (e.g., construction clean-ups), and general cleaning.
• Proficient in operating floor scrubbers, floor burnishers, and carpet extractors.
• Comfortable communicating via email and operating a smartphone.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in truck mount operations.
• Experience in window washing.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care duties including cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, and project work.
• Operate floor scrubbers, floor burnishers, and carpet extractors.
• Conduct construction clean-ups and general cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively via email and smartphone.
• Work overnight shifts, typically from 6:00 pm to 2:30 am, Monday through Friday.
