About The Position

We currently have a full-time job opportunity for a Floor Technician to work in our Clubhouse. Our facilities are only as beautiful as we maintain them, and this role is very important to achieving that goal.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a floor care technician
• Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Clubhouse and surrounding areas
• Floorcare: Dustmop, mopping, vacuuming and strip and recoat floors to ensure they are clean and polished.
• Maintaining various floor types, including hardwood, vinyl, marble and carpeted areas
• Proficient in operation of floor care equipment, including buffer, side by side, and carpet cleaners
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness of various machines
• Inventory Control: Keep track of cleaning supplies and reporting when stock is low
• Special event support: Assisting with setup and cleanup for events when needed
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed safely and following club policies
• Reporting issues: Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
