Requirements

Must meet company and clients appearance standards
Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Someone who is friendly & hard working
Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

One year of previous hotel carpet floor tech, or carpet cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

Vacuums, sweeps, mops, grinds and restore marble floors
Stripping and waxing vinyl floors
Maintains carpets by shampooing using variety of carpet cleaning procedures
Maintains floor care equipment
Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees
Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures
Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed
Is open to coaching and feedback from supervisor. Makes improvement
