Red River Sanitors, a local business in Shreveport with over 55 years of experience, provides top-tier commercial cleaning and facility maintenance across Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas. They are seeking a Part-Time Floor Care Tech for the PM Shift to join their team.
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be willing to consent to/pass a background screen

Responsibilities
- Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
- Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
- Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
- Operating floor equipment including extractors and buffing machines.
- Use hand and power tools such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, mops, floor strippers.
- Inspect floors for any damage and carrying out minor repairs.
- Measuring chemicals correctly.
- Operating chemical dispensing units.
- Labeling chemicals correctly.
- Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.
- Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
- Assisting with the hazardous waste collection as requested by your supervisor.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
