As our new Floor Technician, you will be the expert keeping this Mt. Pleasant facility shining! In this role, you will keep the building's flooring in top shape. Requirements
- Previous experience with professional floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, strip/wax)
- Background check and drug screen
- Proven experience as a Floor Technician, Floor Cleaner, or commercial custodian
- Good knowledge of floor care chemicals and equipment
- A friendly, reliable attitude and great teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift
Responsibilities
- Operating professional buffers, auto-scrubbers, and extractors safely
- Stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing hard floor surfaces
- Performing carpet cleaning, vacuuming, and spot treatments as needed
- Maintaining your floor care equipment so it's always ready for action
