Requirements

Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) skills required.
Valid driver's license.
Experience with deep cleaning of commercial buildings/facilities.
Experience with construction cleanups.
Experience with carpet extractions.
Experience with strip and wax, buffing floors.
Experience with pressure washing.
Experience with window cleaning.
Experience with hi-low dusting.
Experience with general office cleaning.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Flexibility with working hours, including potential emergency nights and weekend work.

Responsibilities

Completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
Deep cleaning of commercial buildings/facilities.
Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management.
Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to the regional team.
Performing construction cleanups.
Carpet extractions.
Stripping and waxing floors.
Buffing floors.
Pressure washing.
Window cleaning.
Hi-low dusting.
General office cleaning.
Training and recruitment of cleaning staff.
Reporting hours to payroll.
