About The Position

We are seeking a Floor Care and Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, can work independently, and adapt to different job sites while maintaining a flexible schedule. We provide all necessary tools, supplies, and transportation. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday–Friday after 5:00 PM, with weekend hours available. Pay ranges from $24–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Experience in floor care (carpets, VCT, and other surfaces) preferred
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn to use lifts (helpful but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care services including carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, refinishing, and other surface treatments
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
• Complete general cleaning tasks as assigned
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
