About The Position
Woodward ACE Hardware is seeking a Full Time Floor Associate for their location in Woodward, OK. This role is primarily focused on providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and maintaining the store's appearance and inventory.
Requirements
- Good physical condition for lifting, merchandising, and loading customers
- Ability to work flexible hours; including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
- Ability to operate office machines, computers, and Excel is a plus
- Knowledge of merchandise
Responsibilities
- Help customers find what they need in a professional and courteous manner
- Cleaning and stocking merchandise
- Ordering merchandise
- Cut keys
- Mix paint
- Cut glass and plexiglass, where applicable
- Answer telephone
- Help load merchandise for customers
- Help check in freight
- Straightening and stocking bins, warehouses, and yard
- Updating prices
- General store maintenance (floors, trash, restrooms, etc.)
