This position is for a part-time floating teller who will operate a customer service window, providing exceptional service for various transactions. The role involves suggesting solutions, referring customers to appropriate bank areas, and efficiently resolving problems. Key responsibilities include developing strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and products, maintaining a high balancing rate, and adhering to Consumer Bank Customer Service Standards. The teller will utilize computer systems for customer identification and fraud prevention, handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other customer services like money orders, night deposits, mail deposits, and safe deposit admittance. The position also requires promoting bank services, identifying customer needs for expanded relationships, contributing to branch goals, and tracking customer introductions to bankers. The Floating Teller is expected to maintain positive customer and employee relationships, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, work both independently and as a team player, and complete required training.
