Kohler Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Floating Teller/Member Service Representative to join our team. Based primarily at our Kohler Branch, you'll also have the chance to assist nearby branches, meet new people, and gain invaluable experience along the way! In this role, you'll help members with their financial transactions, guide them toward their goals, and provide personalized financial solutions-all while creating memorable experiences through exceptional service. No financial experience? No problem! We provide full training and support. What matters most is your eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and dedication to helping members succeed financially.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
No prior financial services experience necessary
Basic math and computer skills
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Experience interacting with the public is a plus
Cash handling experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service to members, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional
Accurately process financial transactions and handle cash securely
