About The Position

The Floating Talent Acquisition Partner is focused on bringing in top talent to help drive the business forward while delivering a stellar candidate experience. They are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates through social media networking to offer acceptance. This role provides flexible recruiting support across the organization, stepping in to support any area of the company that requires additional recruiting capacity, including Administrative, Clinical, and Non-Clinical roles. The Floating Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the recruiting leader of the division they are supporting to understand hiring needs, priorities, and recruiting strategies. Responsible for meeting with organizational leaders to develop and implement plans accurately highlighting the needs and expectation of each new position vacancy. The Floating Talent Acquisition Partner will have a solid understanding of the practice, industry, and internal processes, and must be able to quickly adapt to different divisions, recruiting needs, and leadership teams across the organization.

  • Ability to use all necessary office equipment, faxes, copiers, etc.
  • Required to be proficient in Windows based technologies (ex. Word, Excel)
  • Ability to travel seasonally up to 25%
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience; from unique candidate sources to offer acceptance
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, and Social Media experience required
  • High energy individual with a solid work ethic
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Four year/Bachelor's degree required
  • Three years of experience in Recruiting required preferably in healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios; conduct in-take meetings with hiring managers as needed to understand the ideal candidate
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, on-going relationship management, and creative sourcing methods; research cost-effective recruitment strategies
  • Create and maintain strategic recruiting plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, and a calendar of events
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen and prepare a candidate bench within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for entry, mid, to senior-level openings
  • Establish, document and/or maintain best practices for recruiting policies and procedures
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates; developing new candidates through email and calling campaigns, networking, using social media and web-based tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Google Search, etc.)
  • Enter information into the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity, and assist hiring managers with ATS process, questions, or issues as needed
  • Partner with key leaders throughout Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Operations
  • Provide recruiting support across multiple divisions as needed, collaborating with the recruiting leader for the area being supported to ensure alignment on priorities, strategy, and hiring needs
  • Meet and report on identified KPI’s; communicate and understand your book of business – number of openings, fills, offers, pending offers, time to fill, etc.
  • Maintain and promote employee referral program to ensure attracting top talent
  • Support and attend University events and conferences when needed – 20% travel may be required
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
