About The Position

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is looking for a motivated Floating Supervisor to support operations across multiple buildings in the Canton area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll travel between facilities, support staff, maintain quality standards, and help ensure our clients receive exceptional service. This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys helping teams succeed, solving problems, and staying active throughout the day.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Attention to detail and accountability

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisor or leadership experience
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus
• Experience managing labor and supplies preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Travel to different facilities and supervise daily operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate cleaning staff
• Help with cleaning duties when needed
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor labor hours and productivity
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Run team huddles and communicate updates clearly
• Identify employees with leadership potential
• Help improve efficiency and team performance
