About The Position
Price Chopper/Market 32 Supermarkets is seeking experienced Store Managers to oversee retail operations, manage staff, achieve sales and safety goals, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing a business unit that is vital to the company's success. The company employs nearly 15,000 teammates across New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, with over 130 stores, making it a significant employer in its operating areas.
Requirements
- High drive for operational excellence
- Experience in grocery retail specifically
- Strong people leadership skills

- Ability to travel up to one hour each way to/from residence
- At least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in grocery retail or other related retail fields
- Understanding of merchandising, operations, service, supply chain, inventory, sales
