About The Position

Advance your maintenance career with Morgan Properties — Where Growth and Opportunity Await! Now hiring Floating Service Technicians in Western, NY Region! We are seeking a Service Technician with a “Whatever It Takes” approach to join our maintenance team! In this full-time floating role, you will support multiple apartment communities while helping ensure the physical aspects of the properties meet company standards, resident expectations, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
Well-rounded maintenance experience across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Ability to work independently and travel between multiple communities as needed
Strong customer service and communication skills
One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to deliver excellent service while helping maintain quality apartment homes for our residents.

Nice To Haves

HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
Perform preventative maintenance and support day-to-day property upkeep across multiple communities
Complete make-readies and maintain curb appeal and grounds cleanliness
Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests and resident concerns
Communicate clearly with residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership regarding repairs and updates
Work independently while effectively managing priorities and responsibilities across different sites
