Requirements

Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
One to three years of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong troubleshooting abilities across multiple trades
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Dependable team player who takes pride in their work and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth

Nice To Haves

HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues including HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Maintain the interior and exterior condition of the community in accordance with company standards and safety requirements
Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests
Communicate effectively with residents and office staff regarding repairs and project updates
Assist in delivering a positive resident experience through quality workmanship and customer service
Support emergency maintenance needs and participate in the on-call rotation
