About The Position
Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Service Technician for their 775-unit community. This role involves handling day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. The technician will respond to service tickets, maintain the property's condition, and serve as a trusted point of contact for residents needing repairs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
- Must live within 30 minutes of the property
- 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
- Respond to service tickets.
- Keep the property in top shape.
- Be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
