Requirements
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- CPO Certification
- Valid Driver License
- 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience
- 2+ years Service Manager or Maintenance Supervisor experience
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Nice To Haves
- CAMT Certification
- HVAC Trade School Certification
- RealPage, Yardi, or Entrata experience
- Apartment renovation and capital project experience
