About The Position

The Collier Companies is seeking a Floating Property Manager to join their team. This is an on-site role, reporting out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville. A Floating Property Manager will be an experienced leader, with the ability to travel, direct, motivate, and inspire a large team. This role is for someone seeking a career, not just a job, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that rewards success.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250+ front door count community.
Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel preferred.
Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies.
Eye for asset management.
Background checks are an employment requirement.

Nice To Haves

Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team preferred.
