About The Position

The Floating Personal Banker, also known as a Traveling Representative, works across multiple branches of Orange County's Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) to cover vacations or leave. The position offers a personalized schedule in 2-3 week periods, with work locations assigned based on business operations. You will have an assigned home branch (currently Downtown Santa Ana) and be reimbursed for mileage traveled beyond your standard route. This role provides exposure to many leaders and colleagues across different branches. Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
  • Hands-on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
  • 2+ years cross-selling and referring financial products
  • Clear, friendly communication—professional but approachable
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms
  • Monday–Saturday availability
  • Weekdays between 8:30 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
  • Ability to commute throughout our branch network (Orange County, Chino, and Long Beach)

  • Proactively recommend products and services that truly fit member needs
  • Resolve questions and concerns with a consultative, relationship-focused approach
