This position will be responsible for traveling to all branches in the North/East Region which includes Amelia, South Lebanon, Springdale, and West Chester. The Floating MSR will receive an additional $1.50/hr. differential on top of base pay, as well as mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Knowledge of Teller operations and procedures.
Basic understanding of Credit Union operations.
One month to twelve months of banking experience.
Good communication skills.
Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
Good math skills.
Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone.
Good typing skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous Credit Union experience desired.

Responsibilities

Providing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in person, via phone, and through the mail, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
Balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals.
Performing a broad variety of member services functions such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates, and assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account problems.
Closing loans via DocuSign.
Answering members’ questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performing a variety of account maintenance duties.
Actively cross-selling Credit Union services.
Performing specific assigned side-jobs including various clerical and receptionist functions and assisting other Member Service Representatives with duties as required.
Serving members promptly and professionally.
Receiving share deposits and loan payments in person or by mail.
Processing cash advances, cashiers' checks, money orders, bank-to-bank wires, and Western Union wires.
Understanding IRAs and HSAs and helping members open or service existing IRAs or HSAs.
Assisting members with loan closing documents.
Receiving and processing new member accounts, changes to existing accounts, and closing member accounts.
Assisting members with opening and closing safe deposit boxes.
Keeping members informed of Credit Union services and policies, including types of available accounts, interest and dividend rates, payroll deduction options, and other related services.
Actively cross-selling Credit Union products and services and following up with members.
