About The Position

Sharonview Federal Credit Union is seeking a Floating Member Experience Representative to join their team in Simpsonville, SC. This is a full-time, member-facing role where the representative will provide outstanding service, support, and communication to help members reach their financial goals across multiple branches within the Upstate SC Region. Responsibilities include opening new accounts, processing consumer loan applications, and performing various account transactions using technology, all while building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor. The role offers valuable experience in lending, banking, and financial consulting within a supportive, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Experience in financial services, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with members and recommend the best products and services to meet their financial needs.
Open new accounts, process loans from application to closing, and complete various financial transactions.
Educate members about Sharonview’s digital tools, mobile banking, and other self-service options.
Make outbound calls and engage members in-branch to identify opportunities proactively.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Sharonview, both inside and outside the branch.
