The Floating Meat & Seafood Manager is an exempt, senior-level journeyman role responsible for providing leadership coverage and operational support across multiple Clark’s Market locations. This position is deployed during periods of high volume, employee vacations, leaves of absence, or temporary department vacancies and plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity, food safety compliance, and team development. This role exercises independent judgment and discretion in managing day-to-day department operations while on assignment and serves as a mentor and trainer for Meat Cutter Apprentices and developing team members, helping build long-term bench strength within the organization.
