About The Position
Supporting one of the largest QSR Brands, the Floating Manager will cover for two locations within Illinois (Channahon and Pontiac). The ideal candidate will enjoy working with multiple locations, boosting sales, and can comfortably commute to both stores. This person will work a 40-45 hour work-week.
Requirements
- Must have experience managing multiple quick-service restaurant locations.
- Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a background check.
- This is a leadership role; a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
- This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting, hiring, and training of new crew members.
- Create sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
- Maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
- Analyze and forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs.
- Perform weekly and monthly administrative tasks such as: payroll, scheduling, product ordering, and inventory counts.
