The position requires learning professional sales techniques, accompanying prospects to model apartments, discussing features and lease terms, and making follow-up calls. Responsibilities also include completing lease forms, collecting deposits, inspecting model apartments, compiling listings of available units, assisting with advertisements, and contacting credit bureaus and previous landlords. The role also involves substituting for the Assistant Manager when absent and adhering to all fair housing laws. Additionally, the position requires attending regular staff, management, and department meetings, updating work order agendas weekly, and continuously growing through training and development.
