This position is responsible for modeling Q2 Service and Sales programs, building customer relationships through prompt, efficient, and accurate transaction processing, and consultative selling. The role involves cross-selling deposit and loan products, referring customers, performing paying and receiving teller functions, balancing cash drawers, and maintaining strong product knowledge. The FSR must also complete assigned compliance training and be able to travel between branches and work at any branch location as needed.
