Overseeing daily custodial operations in various sites.
Leading a team of custodians in executing thorough cleaning procedures, ensuring all areas meet our high standards of excellence.
Assessing cleaning needs, developing efficient work schedules, and addressing any immediate challenges that arise on the spot.
Conducting inspections to uphold quality.
Providing training and direction to team members.
Fostering a culture of customer-centricity through exceptional service.
Actively engaging with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring their satisfaction.
