About The Position

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, showcase community features and close leases, and deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention. You will also manage lease files and system updates, utilize Yardi software for leasing processes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Additionally, you will update social media and execute marketing tasks, and monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license may be required.
Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
