About The Position

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities throughout the Nashville, TN region. Travel throughout the region is supported by a monthly auto allowance. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Nice To Haves

• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Showcase community features and close leases.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.
• Manage lease files and system updates.
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Update social media and execute marketing tasks.
• Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.
