About The Position

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success. The core focus includes serving as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, showcasing community features and closing leases, and delivering exceptional service to maintain resident retention. Additionally, you will manage lease files and system updates, utilize Yardi software for leasing processes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Marketing tasks include updating social media, executing marketing tasks, monitoring local market conditions, and shopping competitors.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license may be required.
Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
