If so, ACNB Bank is looking for you to join our team as a full-time Floating Community Banking Associate (Teller) in our Adams and Franklin region!

Requirements

Previous customer service and cash handling experience in a retail store (Key Holder / Assistant Manager) or banking environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move approximately 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move approximately 50 pounds of coin.
Reliable Transportation: A quarterly stipend is provided for travel expenses.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned community banking offices to provide front-line support and seamless customer service.
Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner using the Bank Service Excellence Standards.
Accept deposits, cash checks, accept loan payments, sell official checks, and maintain an approved level of cash.
Ask questions and identify needs to enhance customer relationships; actively refer customers to appropriate Community Banking team members.
Prepare daily settlement and proof of cash transactions; balance cash drawer accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
Be a part of a team environment where relationships matter! Cooperate with and support adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness.
