About The Position

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Floating Cleaner / Floor Technician to support multiple client locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can step in where needed to keep our standards high. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments—while also supporting floor care projects across accounts.

Requirements

• Prior commercial cleaning experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Flexibility with schedule (evenings and occasional weekends)

Nice To Haves

• Floor care experience strongly preferred (strip/wax, buffing, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned client sites to provide cleaning support
• Perform general janitorial duties: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation
• Execute floor care services, including: Auto-scrubbing Buffing and burnishing Strip and wax (as needed)
• Fill in for call-offs or staffing gaps
• Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times
• Represent JV Janitorial with professionalism at every site
• Travel between job sites using company-provided vehicles
