Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
• Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and groundskeeping

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties and keep residents happy.
• Repair basic electrical switches, appliances, holes in drywall, and other common maintenance issues.
• Ensure homes are in perfect condition before move-in day.
• Work at different communities, gaining exposure to the region's portfolio.
• Learn from experts in the field to grow skill set and career.
