Cleveland-Cleaning Floater

A Quality Facility ServicesCleveland, OH
Hybrid

About The Position

This Floater position is an excellent stepping stone toward becoming a Supervisor with A Quality Facility Services. You'll gain experience working at different facilities, learning our cleaning standards, assisting with training new employees, supporting our teams, and seeing firsthand how our operations work. Many of our leaders started as cleaners and worked their way into supervisory and management positions. We believe in promoting from within whenever possible. As a Floater, you'll help keep our client facilities clean, safe, and welcoming while providing additional support where it is needed most. Because you'll work at multiple locations, you'll have the opportunity to learn different facilities, work with different teams, and develop a broad range of skills. You'll also play an important role in welcoming and training new team members, helping them learn their assigned facilities, cleaning procedures, and our expectations for quality and service. This provides valuable hands-on leadership experience for team members interested in eventually moving into a Supervisor position. If you're looking for steady evening work, enjoy variety, don't mind traveling, and want an opportunity that can lead to something more, we'd love to hear from you.
