About The Position

ServiceMaster by Request has immediate openings for Cleaning floaters starting at $18 an hour. This role involves filling in for current service partners in accounts for various reasons. The floater will perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures, including floor scrubber. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, spot cleaning windows and glass, dusting, and sanitizing. The role also involves ordering of supplies and equipment for the work site and using proper PPE where required. Requirements

Should be alert, intelligent, and neat.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must have valid PA driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Must have maximum flexibility with work schedule and be able to be on-call.

Responsibilities

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures, including floor scrubber.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, spot cleaning windows and glass, dusting, and sanitizing.
Ordering of supplies and equipment for your work site.
Use proper PPE where required
Fill in for current service partners in accounts for various reasons.
Report to office as needed to get spare keys for filling in at accounts. Keys must be signed out and then returned nightly.
