About The Position

All Heart Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Floater VA Caregivers to join our team serving clients throughout Madison, TN and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius, including Goodlettsville and North Nashville. This is a Limited Full-Time position for caregivers who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable traveling between multiple client homes throughout the day. Caregivers can expect to work 6-12 hour shifts, providing one-on-one, non-medical care and support while ensuring continuity of care across assigned cases.

Requirements

Previous caregiving experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Ability and willingness to travel between client locations within a 50-mile service area
Must be available to work weekdays, including daytime and evening hours
Must pass all required pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide medication reminders in accordance with company policies and state regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or appropriate team member
Complete accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Travel between multiple client homes as assigned throughout the day
Adapt to varying client needs and care plans while maintaining a high standard of care
