About The Position

H2 Health is seeking a Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist (PT) to support our outpatient rehabilitation teams throughout the Roanoke, Virginia market. As a Floater Physical Therapist, you'll provide coverage and support across several outpatient clinics within the Roanoke market, including H2 Health clinics, Lucas Therapies, and SOVAH Rehabilitation locations. Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations within the market.
Strong communication, adaptability, and clinical decision-making skills.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions across multiple outpatient clinic locations.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and hands-on care.
Adapt seamlessly to different clinic environments while maintaining exceptional patient experiences.
Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members.
