About The Position
This role is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy. The Floater Pharmacist will achieve sales and profit goals for the department, maintain quality assurance standards and expenses, and properly schedule and staff technicians according to business needs. This position will monitor all functions, duties, and activities for the department. The Assistant Pharmacy Manager will have responsibilities including customer service, operational work flow, technician supervision, and patient consultation. The role also requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
