About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials, operating over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role is responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment and performing general labor tasks to support plant and quarry operations. The position also involves assisting with routine maintenance, monitoring material flow, and adapting to changing tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities
- Operate various types of heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, drillers and scalers
- Perform general labor tasks to support plant and quarry operations
- Assist with routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities
- Monitor material flow and ensure safe, efficient production
- Adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the workday
Benefits
- $27.33 per hour plus an additional $0.50/hr underground rate
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
