About The Position

Carefree Living is seeking compassionate and reliable Float/travel CNAs to join our Northern Assisted Living communities. These positions provide coverage across multiple sites while delivering resident-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. At Carefree Living, we are a caring and supportive employer that values teamwork, respect, and professional growth. This role plays an essential part in ensuring consistent, high-quality care across our northern communities. Including Ely, Babbitt, Silver Bay, Virginia, Cook, Aurora and Buhl.

Requirements

Current CNA certification in Minnesota.
Previous caregiving experience required along with med passing skills.
Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Professional, compassionate, and adaptable to different team environments.
Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Build meaningful relationships and ensure the highest level of care and customer service.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive living environment.
Assist with medication administration.
Support team members and adapt to different site protocols as needed.
Maintain excellent attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
