This position is responsible for delivering exceptional client interactions that emphasize accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement. The Float Teller will handle client transactional needs, respond to client servicing requests, build and grow client relationships, educate clients on digital solutions, refer clients to internal business partners, and support financial center operations. Additionally, the role involves assisting in managing operational loss through fraud detection and maintaining superior balancing standards, while upholding all risk management, compliance, and security standards.
