About The Position

Union Bank is a community-focused bank with local roots, seeking a motivated individual for a full-time customer service position in its Franklin County branches. This role involves conducting teller transactions and will provide further training to open accounts and offer other branch office support. While prior banking experience is helpful, it is not required as the right candidate will be trained. The ideal candidate should be technologically adept, possess cash handling experience, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn. This position requires travel between the Fairfax, Jeffersonville, and St. Albans branches to provide staffing coverage.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service (via prior work experience or other methods)
• Demonstrated cross-selling skills
• Mathematical and computer competence
• Completion of Principles of Banking course
• Aptitude for keeping up to date with all current services and regulations
• Technologically adept
• Cash handling experience
